The first step is the Consultation, in which you will be gaining in-depth knowledge of the procedure you desire from Dr. Nawada and his Registered Nurse, who will be assisting in the consultation.

Once you decide to schedule surgery, the next step in the surgery process following your consultation is to return to our facility for your pre-operative appointment. In this appointment, you will review and sign all surgery consent forms, have your pre-operative “before” photographs taken, meet with Dr. Nawada to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, and meet with one of our Registered Nurses who will walk you through every step of the surgery process and subsequent follow-up appointments, explain how each prescribed medication is to be taken, and provide detailed post-operative instructions for you and your primary caretaker.

On the day of surgery, the procedure will be explained to you once again, and you will have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Nawada and address any questions you may have. A nurse will prepare you in our in-patient area and you will meet your Board-Certified Anesthesiologist who will be administering your General Anesthesia and remain present during the entire procedure and afterwards, monitoring your wellness in the comfort of our recovery suite, where you will recover under the close supervision of a Registered Nurse until you are ready to return home.

After your surgery, Dr. Nawada will be available at all times for immediate post-op concerns. One of our nurses will then contact you the very next day, and you will return to our facility for a series of follow-up appointments over the subsequent weeks and months, where Dr. Nawada will monitor your healing and ensure that desired results are achieved in the most healthy and comfortable manner.
